Overview

Come with us on an experience that combines the best that the local cuisine has to offer (wines, cheeses, sausages, bread, olive oil and typical dishes) with the natural and cultural values that characterize and make this landscape unique.

To understand the origins of the Rio Maior salt it is necessary to go back 175 million years.

We walk the paths of land and tracks, through vineyards, olive groves, pine forest, woods and small vegetable gardens that dot the fields on a pallet of colours, textures and scents that involve and surprise.

The perfect combination between man’s work and nature.
