MARE OLEUM, Olive grove interpretation centre. Opposite Costa Trafalgar you will discover the most prized treasure of the Mediterranean diet, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, EVOO, its excellence as food and health.
The Interpretation Centre is a commitment to sustainability, ecology and nature, conceived as an exhibition space designed to disseminate the cultivation of olive trees, oil extraction techniques and the value of EVOO as a source of health for our body.
It is also a place for the promotion and development of ecological agriculture, in a clear commitment to the fight against climate change, through the dissemination of environmentally friendly agricultural techniques that favour the presence and increase of the flora and fauna native to the ecosystem on which it is based. Access to the olive grove and the shop is free. Guided tours and oil tastings are available by reservation.
